Learn to cook traditional Indian, Indian fusion, Indian street food, Indo-Chinese, Vegan, and Vegetarian dishes with Niki, chef of Spiced Apron, in our Demonstration Kitchen. Her fall dinner-class will teach you the art of flavorful vegan cooking with a dash of Indian spices.

You will eat as you learn at this fun, immersive event. The menu for the event:
Medu Wada - Starter snack made of lentil paste fried to golden brown with crispy exterior and soft interior

Coconut Chutney - Spicy sauce made of fresh coconut and green chilies

Baingan Bharta - Roasted eggplant made cooked in tomato gravy

Palak Tofu - Tofu cooked with spinach gravy

Phulka roti - Fresh tortilla made with whole wheat flour

Vegetable Pulav - Rice dish cooked with vegetables and dry fruits
