GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • Does Mother Road Market allow pets? Mother Road Market does not currently allow any pets outside or inside, except for certified service animals.

  • Can I bring in my own food or drinks? Mother Road Market does not allow outside food or drink on the property.

  • Is Mother Road Market handicap accessible? Yes, we have handicap parking on the east side of the building facing Lewis Ave. We also have handicap-accessible ramps at both entrances.

  • I have a member of my family that is crowd-averse. Are there better times to visit? To avoid the larger crowds, try quieter times such as 10AM-11AM, or 2PM-4PM. Quieter days typically tend to be Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

  • Is there a family restroom available? Yes, if you do not want to use the designated restrooms for any reason, you can call our Manager on Duty at 918.984.9009 and he or she will escort you to our private family restroom.

  • Where can I park for Mother Road Market? Click here to check out our parking map! We have spaces directly behind Mother Road Market, and two additional parking lots - one across 11th street on the northwest corner of 11th & Lewis, and one across the railroad tracks to the west of Mother Road Market on the south side of 11th Street (just a 30 second walk!). We are also currently offering valet parking on Fridays from 5PM-9PM and Saturdays from 12PM-8PM.

  • What are your hours of operation? Mother Road Market is open from 10AM-9PM Sundays and Tuesday-Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, we are open 10AM-10PM. All merchants are not open during all hours of operation, so click here to check their individual hours.

  • Does Mother Road Market have free wifi? Yes, you can join the MotherRoadMarket wifi for free on the patio or inside.

  • Can I take my drink from the WEL Bar away from the bar area? Yes, the WEL Bar offers cocktails, beer, wine and spirits (plus coffee drinks!), and you can order your drink at the bar and then carry it anywhere inside the building or out on our covered patio.

  • Do you have gift cards? Yes, we have gift cards available for purchase by clicking here, or in person at the Kitchen 66 General Store. The gift cards, called The Scenic Route, are accepted at the Kitchen 66 General Store, Kitchen 66 Takeover Cafe, Andolini’s Sliced, Bodhi’s Bowl, Big Dipper Creamery, Chicken & the Wolf, Farm Stand by Tulsa Farmers’ Market, Metropolis and the WEL Bar.

  • Which of your shops do not accept cash? The WEL Bar, Kitchen 66 Takeover Cafe and Kitchen 66 General Store do not currently accept cash.

  • Can Mother Road Market make a donation or offer a prize for my school’s/nonprofit’s/office’s auction/charity event, etc? Due to the number of these requests, Mother Road Market cannot currently contribute prizes or donations to charity events.

  • Does Mother Road Market deliver? Our facility itself does not offer delivery, but check with individual merchants on their capabilities.

  • Where can we pick up clubs for the Mother Road Market Mini-Golf? Play your way down Route 66 outside on our back patio with our 9-hole mini golf course! Just pick up your clubs for $3/person in the Kitchen 66 General Store.

  • I am interested in working at Mother Road Market. Are you hiring?   • What retail options are available at Mother Road Market if I want to shop instead of eat? You can visit The Nest for a curated collection of home goods and decor items; Mythic Press for T-shirts, hats and other Tulsa/Route 66-themed swag items; the Kitchen 66 General Store for unique locally-made products; and the Farm Stand by Tulsa Farmers’ Market for all-local meat, dairy and produce.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY QUESTIONS

  • Is there a private space for nursing or pumping mothers? Nursing and pumping mothers are welcome to do so anywhere at Mother Road Market, but we additionally offer a Leche Lounge as a private space and extra benefit for nursing and pumping moms.

  • Are there spaces for my kids to play at Mother Road Market? Yes! We have an indoor children’s play area with toys and books, plus a turfed outdoor space for running and playing. We also have a 9-hole mini-golf course on our back patio. The cost is $3, and mini-golf clubs are available in the Kitchen 66 General Store.

  • Do any of the merchants have kid-friendly items? Absolutely! Bodhi’s Bowl offers a special kid’s menu, plus you can find kid favorites like pizza at Andolini’s Sliced - and of course ice cream from Big Dipper Creamery and cookies from OK Cookie Momster!

  • What family-friendly events does Mother Road Market host? Mother Road Market aims to program a variety of events great for children and parents, including story times, pop-up crafts and more. Click here for the most recent list of events!

  • Can I fill up my water bottle at Mother Road Market? Yes, we have a free bottle filling station at the interior mural, plus free sparkling and still water available at our two beverage stations.

  • I have a complaint. Who can I talk to? We want to hear ALL of your feedback! Please call or text the Manager on Duty at 918.984.9009 and someone will be right with you. You can also email info@motherroadmarket.com if you prefer email.

  • Can I leave my business card/event flyer on your tables? Do you have a community bulletin board? Soliciting is not allowed at Mother Road Market, and due to an overwhelming number of requests we do not currently have a community bulletin board for use.

DIETARY RESTRICTION QUESTIONS

  • I do not eat gluten/dairy/meat etc. Are there options for me at Mother Road Market? Absolutely! We have merchants that offer vegetarian, vegan, kosher, paleo-friendly, keto-friendly, halal and gluten-free items. There is something for everyone at Mother Road Market!

QUESTIONS ABOUT RESERVING SPACE

  • I am bringing a large group to Mother Road Market. Can I reserve a table? Due to demand, we are generally unable to accommodate table reservations. However, groups of more than 25 may reserve a table for a fee. Please fill out this form and someone from our event staff will be in touch with you.

  • I am interested in hosting an event (cooking class, board meeting, lecture series, crafting event, birthday party, etc) in the Demonstration Kitchen. We are happy to accommodate a variety of public and private events in our Demonstration Kitchen space. For more information, click here. Please fill out the event form and select “Demonstration Kitchen” in the “Room Requested” category.

  • Can I rent out the back patio? We do not currently rent out the entire patio for private events, but you can reserve a portion of the patio for a fee, and we do allow public events on the patio as well. Please fill out the event form and select “Patio” for the “Room Requested” category.

  • I want to host an event at Mother Road Market, but I’m not sure which space is right for me. Do you have a list? Click here for a list of rentable spaces and more information about each.

SELLING/POPPING UP AT MOTHER ROAD MARKET

  • I am interested in popping up/selling my product in the Vault. Our Vault space is the perfect pop-up space for Tulsa entrepreneurs. If you’re interested in renting the Vault, please fill out this form and select “The Vault” in the “Room Requested” field. You can also see photos of the Vault space, view a list of items available for your rental, and even see tips on how to promote your pop-up.

  • I am interested in popping up in the Kitchen 66 Takeover Cafe. Kitchen 66, Tulsa’s kickstart kitchen, proudly helps to decrease the barriers associated with starting a food business by offering access to commercial kitchen space, sales and distribution platforms, and business training programs. The Kitchen 66 Takeover Cafe allows food entrepreneurs to test their concepts in a low-risk way. If you’re interested in popping up in the Kitchen 66 Takeover Cafe, please fill out this form, and someone from the Kitchen 66 staff will be in touch with you.

  • I am interested in selling my product in the Kitchen 66 General Store. The Kitchen 66 General Store allows food entrepreneurs to gain practical experience merchandising their products and generating sales revenue alongside other Oklahoma makers in the Kitchen 66 General Store.
