We’ve randomly paired our merchants and a few friends from Kitchen 66 to form the ultimate food-fighting teams. Each duo will work together to create anything they want...and then it’s up to you to decide which team takes home the win!

The Big Texan Road Show 72oz Steak Challenge is coming to Mother Road Market on June 18! In celebration of the 100th anniversary of the historic Route 66, the Big Texan Steak Ranch is
taking its world-famous 72oz Steak Challenge on the road.
Known as one of America’s most iconic food challenges, the 72oz Steak Challenge dares contestants to consume a massive four-and-a-half-pound steak along with a baked potato, 3 shrimp, side salad, and a roll in under one hour. Those who succeed earn bragging rights—and their meal free of charge. Now, for the first time ever, fans along Route 66 will have the chance to experience the excitement live in their own hometowns.
Come watch as we host one competitive eater and one team of eaters as they try to beat the challenge!

Musical Bikes!
As part of the Route 66 Centennial celebration, the Tulsa Market District invites Tulsans and travelers to experience the Mother Road in a whole new way with Musical Bikes — an interactive art installation at the corner of 11th & Lewis, on the plaza outside of Shops at Mother Road Market. Through July 5, up to four riders can hop on and pedal to power drums, guitar, bass, and vocals, bringing Route 66–inspired songs to life. Ride solo or team up with friends and create your own harmony — art has never sounded (or felt) so fun on Route 66.
