Chefs Bill and Mikael are excited to present our Super Bowl Party Time Master Class! This class is designed to teach students recipes that can be replicated at home with minimal assistance as well as introducing them to new skills and product!  Teamwork is also a very important component to the class structure. Looking forward to seeing your young chefs, soon!   

Menu includes:
· Chicken Wing Drumettes with Buffalo sauce - Students will learn how to season and sauce wings in a bowl and bake the par cooked drumettes for communal service.

· Homemade Ranch Dressing Dip - in own take home jar and Celery/Carrot Sticks - talk about celery and its benefits

· Seven Layer Bean Dip with Fresh Fried Tortilla Chips - Each Student will make individual dips and help cut and fry chips.

· Skillet/Pan Smores- Each Student will build their own

· Super Bowl Punch

· PARENTS ARE TO REMAIN AT THE MARKET
· Age requirement is 11-17 years old. 

· Adult/Child Combo tickets are available for one parent and one child who would like to attend together. Child must be at least 6 years old.

· Enter Mother Road Market at the West side entrance. 

· The doors will open at 10:15 AM, the class will start promptly at 10:30 AM

· The class will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen, these are the doors across from Akira

· Budding chefs' creations will be enough to feed a child and one adult

· Inform us of any serious food allergies
