Chefs Bill and Mikael are excited to present our Master Class for June 2025! We are focused on traditional baking and pastry methods and utilizing the local Oklahoma producers of summer fruits, vegetables, berries and cheeses! Each student will take home (2) tartlets, (2) pieces of chocolate torte and (2) turnovers.
Menu Includes:
Classic French Berry Tartlets with Pastry Cream - Students will learn how to make pastry cream, tart dough and assemble.
Chocolate Torte, layered with Caramel Buttercream and Chocolate Ganache. Students will learn to make cake batter, buttercream/ganache and proper frosting techniques.
Savory Turnovers with Caramelized Onion, Bacon, Potato, Arugula and local farmers cheese. Students will learn about preparing filling, proper handling of puff pastry and assembly of individual turnovers.

· PARENTS ARE TO REMAIN AT THE MARKET
· Age requirement for student is 11-17 years old. No age requirement on adult addition.
· Enter Mother Road Market at the West side entrance.
· The doors will open at 10:15 AM, the class will start promptly at 10:30 AM
· The class will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen, these are the doors across from Akira
· Budding chefs' creations will be enough to feed a child and one adult
· Inform us of any serious food allergies
